Job Summary:
Ourisman CDJR of Woodbridge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Counterperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. As a Parts Counterperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently and accurately handling all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and sales.

Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with their parts needs
-Explain the features and benefits of products to customers and make recommendations based on their needs
-Effectively manage parts inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
-Process parts orders and returns in an accurate and timely manner
-Maintain a clean and organized parts department
-Work with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts for vehicle repairs
-Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner
-Stay current on new products, features, and accessories in the automotive industry
-Comply with all safety and company policies and procedures
Requirements:
-Previous experience in an automotive parts department or related field strongly preferred
-Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
-Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
-Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software programs
-Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
-Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
