CRNA needed in Carlisle, PA to start as soon as credentialed. Working PRN (Several Shifts per Week) Provider will be credentialed at two sites. One in Carlisle and one in Lebanon. Site one: Carlisle, PA Points of Service: 4 days per week- Monday through Thursday Length of Day: Typical day 7:30a-3p Types of cases: Eyes/Ortho (currently up in the air) /Podiatry Credentialing: In-house credentialing. Turn-around time weeks. Staff: CRNA only Paper charting Site two: Lebanon, PA Points of Service: 5 days per week- 2 to 3 OR s running daily Length of Day: Typical day7:30a-3p Types of cases: ENT, Endo, Ophthalmology, Urology, Pain Management Staff: MDA has to be on-site and covers a room, CRNA s in other rooms Credentialing: Turn-around time weeks. Paper charting $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
