We specialize in program and project management, capital planning and IT investment portfolio management, infrastructure support and application development deployment to include IT operations and maintenance. Be part of something big! What You'll Be Doing!As a Senior Program Manager, you will use a combination of technical capabilities, a consultancy mindset, Agile process methodologies, and proven project management skills to manage programs and lead teams delivering solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:Managing programs, ensuring contractual obligations and margin goals are met while providing an outstanding client experience that will lead to contract renewals and expansionsProviding oversight and program direction to account teams that are delivering services to our clientsSuccessfully develop and execute project plans, track deliverables, and document client acceptance of deliverables following a PMI Project Management approachIdentify, track, mitigate, and report on risks to delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfactionBuild positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Identify and communicate dependencies between projectsMaintain situational awareness of day-to-day activities on the ground Build credibility through effective communication and solutioningCommunicate with internal stakeholders to support a coordinated response in serving the client Identify and support opportunities for continuous improvementCommunicate effectively with government personnel and interface with C- level leadershipMaintain adequate staffing levels, contractor management, management oversight, service level agreements, and other performance requirementsDemonstration of adequate foresight into program planning by identifying problems, providing sufficient information on alternative solutions and impacts minimizing said impacts to the program to the government's satisfactionDemonstration of improving processes through training, as well as ensuring deliverables are timely and accurate to minimize the need for government intervention to avoid degradation of mission during critical times, while ensuring notification of significant problems to the appropriate government personnelManaging and monitoring burn ratesLocation and Travel Details Must be located within a 50-mile radius of Washington DC. A maximum of 2 days of tele-work a week.

Qualifications and Experience:Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust ClearanceMinimum ten years of project management experience where you have demonstrated success in scheduling, budgeting, and resolving risks and issuesExperience delivering software, data, infrastructure and/or cloud technology projectsExcel in clarifying requirements, expectations, and priorities across multiple stakeholders, bringing alignment and order to the programAbility to ask probing questions to uncover information needed to understand program and project status and determine logical course of actionUnderstand technology-related issues and how they might impact successful deliveryStrong written communicationStrong presentation skills and diplomacy skillsAbility to follow policy and procedures, team skillsProject Management Professional (PMP), PMI - Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe, Information Technology Project Management (ITIL and PMBOK)Smart people with a passion for technologyStrong technical capabilities with a consultancy mindsetClose involvement with local technical communitiesA willingness to think outside of the box to provide innovative solutions to clientsAbility to solve challenging technical business problemsContinued Learning and Technical Excellence
