SHIFT/HOURS: 12N 7pm-7:30am (e/o weekend rotation)

EXPECTED HOURS: 36 or 48

LICENSE/CREDENTIALS REQ: MD license (LMSW)

SYSTEMS: Cerner experience required

DEPT: Psych ED

Additional notes:

We are looking for an individual who has experience working in a fast-paced emergency room setting completing crisis evaluations. In our dedicated psychiatric emergency room, you are part of a team consisting of psychiatric nurses and psychiatric counselors. You will collaborate with the assigned Medical Attending to determine the appropriate disposition for patients given their psychiatric needs. Expertise in adults and adolescents along with clinical knowledge of psychosis, mood disorders and substance/alcohol abuse required.
