We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant with a strong background in sports and physical medicine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals through a holistic and integrated approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality patient care in sports and physical medicine.

- Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Job Type: Full-time - 32 hours per week

Compensation: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Hours: 32 hours per week

Qualifications:

- Master s degree (preferred)

- Completion of a nurse practitioner program (required)

- Licensed and registered to practice in the State of Ohio (required)

- Physician Assistant License (required)
