**Job Description**

AECOM is actively seeking a motivated, highly talented individual for a **Digital Consultant** to be based out of our Baltimore, MD office. The appropriately qualified applicant will support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

+ Ensure alignment of digital strategies with organizational objectives.

+ Coordinate digital projects and teams, including proof of concept (POC) development.

+ Ensure adherence to digital standards and processes throughout project lifecycles.

+ Foster collaboration and coordination among interdisciplinary teams.

+ Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation efforts.

+ Support with evaluation and selection of appropriate digital tools and technologies for project needs.

+ Support with compilation and development of digital standards, execution plans, and other relevant documentation.

+ Support with assessment of existing data architecture and system functionality for optimization.

+ Conduct workshops and engagements to gather and understand client requirements.

+ Support with developing digital strategies, frameworks, and change management plans.

+ Monitor POC executions for alignment with strategy and standards.

+ Support with development and implementation of the Common Data Environment (CDE) framework.

+ Assists on other digital and IT activities that assigned.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Requirements:

+ BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field + 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency and/or education.

+ Experience in digital transformation initiatives across industries.

+ Experience in digital modelling, coordination, and management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent.

+ Training in digital transformation methodologies and technologies.

+ Certification or training in project management methodologies.

+ Knowledge of database management and data governance principles.

+ Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00.
