Our client, an organization, is seeking a long-term temporary HRIS Specialist to support their Washington, DC team for at least 6 months!
About the Job:
* Gather and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights for strategic decision-making.
* Develop detailed reports and briefing materials for HR leadership to support informed decisions.
* Evaluate staff composition, talent trends, and capability requirements across the organization.
* Facilitate workforce planning and succession discussions to ensure alignment with business goals.
* Lead projects focused on enhancing employee competencies and improving workforce effectiveness.
About You:
* 5+ years of strong human resources experience; ideally in HRIS.
* Dayforce experience is strongly preferred.
* Tech savvy with proficiency in Excel is required.
* Strong interpersonal skills with an eye for detail and ability to effectively multitask and prioritize.
About the Position:
* Pays $30/hr-$36/hr
* Temporary for 6+ months.
* Strong possibility to extend.
* Hybrid onsite in Washington, DC.
