Job Description: As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow HRSD solutions. Your expertise in ServiceNow development and HRSD module experience will be essential for the success of our projects. This position requires an active or prior Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand business outcomes and functional requirements.

Lead the design of complex, effective ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.

Support the development and analysis of customer requirements, assisting with the creation of user stories.

Implement client scripts, business rules, workflows, and custom Service Portal widgets.

Perform requirements gathering, functional and technical design, testing, deployment, and operational support activities.

Qualifications:

Active Secret clearance.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.

Proficiency in HRSD module development.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
