We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Job: Full time
Pay Range: $38500 - $48500 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area by greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Visitor Management: Welcome guests, provide them with visitor badges, and notify employees of their arrival promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders by relaying messages and ensuring timely communication.
  • Facilities Management: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.
  • Event Support: Provide support during company events, including registration assistance, directing attendees, and coordinating logistics as needed.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
