About the Position:
TJFACT is seeking to hire a dynamic Site Lead/Safety Manager to serve the VMSS task order in support of our Department of State client in Baghdad and Erbil, Iraq.
The Site/Safety Manager will manage the overall operations of the vehicle maintenance site and facility which includes site safety, property management, quality assurance, customer service, and personnel.
This role is contingent upon contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee the operations of the entire vehicle maintenance site.
- Implement best practices in accordance with SOPs, regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee all repair and maintenance activities and ensure quality of work.
- Ensure customer satisfaction for services provided.
- Ensure adequate levels of supplies and spare parts are on hand to optimize repair and maintenance efficiencies.
- Create plans specific to program deliverables.
Required Skills and Experience:
- U.S. Citizen.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with safety and vehicle maintenance.
- Three (3) years of fleet vehicle maintenance management within the last five years.
- Certified Safety Manager (CSM).
- Valid driver's license from home of record.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (3/3 proficiency).
- Active security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant overseas vehicle maintenance experience.
- Previous international experience and previous work experience in harsh environmental conditions.
