Direct Support Associate responsibilities include:
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Plan and document daily activities within the record system
- Support and promote people with developmental disabilities by assisting with educational, social, and recreational services
- Be knowledgeable of the person-centered plan for each person and provide support to them according to their plan
- Fully understand all aspects of fundamental rights
Direct Support Associate requirements include:
- Must display a positive attitude when interacting with others
- Must display a genuine interest in the well-being of their attendees
- Must have a current driver's license
- Willing to work Independently, Longevity in job positions and grow with the company
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and/or drug screen
