What You will do:
- Design, develop, and maintain workflow diagrams to support project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Utilize EA Sparx to create and maintain workflow diagrams.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of workflow diagrams and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate requirements and workflow designs to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Implement best practices for workflow diagram creation and management.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on workflow tools and techniques.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow diagrams.
- Continuously improve workflow processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience:
Must Have:
- BA Degree with 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite and EA Sparx
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Nice to Have:
- Experience with EA Sparx and other workflow diagram tools
- Additional certifications or training in workflow diagram tools and techniques
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
