Position Overview
We seek an experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer to lead our automation testing initiatives. You will develop and maintain UI automation scripts using Selenium, enhance our Selenium test framework with the Page Object Model (POM), and troubleshoot test failures. Candidates with federal experience are preferred.

- Automation Scripting: Create and maintain advanced UI automation scripts in Selenium.
- Framework Management: Update and enhance our Selenium test framework using POM.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve test failures in collaboration with QA and development teams.
- Test Data Management: Handle test data in JSON, XML, and Excel.
- Requirement Analysis: Analyze automation and test environment requirements.
- Testing Processes: Implement and oversee automated testing methodologies.
- Script Execution: Execute test scripts, document results, and track defects.
- Test Data Repository: Manage a comprehensive test data repository.
- Methodology Definition: Define and implement the Automation Test Approach and Methodology.
- Architectural Insight: Establish Automation Test Architecture.
