DVS is looking for an Apple Systems Engineer to join our team supporting an upcoming Proposal. This position will be onsite in Washington, D.C. with the potential for remote work.

• Systems Engineer with at least two (2) years of experience administering and maintaining Apple software and software, including but not limited to, hardware and software associated with Apple servers, PCs (Macs), tablets (iPADs), notebooks, and laptops.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Domain Administration, Active Directory, domain controllers, Domain Names Services (DNS); familiarity with basic network technologies and capable of troubleshooting minor network connectivity issues such as network interface card (NIC), cabling, TCP/IP configuration issues; basic messaging system administration (e-mail); PC and server hardware familiarity including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues using configuration analysis and subsystem (hard drive, memory, monitors, and power supplies) repair/replacement procedures;
• Respond to trouble tickets from the Service Desk automated trouble ticketing system; perform hardware and software System, including patches, upgrades, service packs, and hotfixes to ensure system availability, reliability, and serviceability. Responsible for backup and recovery functions
