Job Description: Engagea Comm is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This role is essential for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls and emails, ensuring all customer requests are handled to satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide seamless customer support
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Processing customer orders and tracking shipments
  • Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Assisting with product returns and exchanges


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
  • Experience working in a customer service or retail environment is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
