This position aims to strengthen our capabilities to drive business opportunities and create a competitive advantage in the marketplace through nutrition. This role will provide tactical support to the NHW team on product development, recipe management, and scientific literature review. This requires specialized knowledge in nutrition to distinguish scientifically proven health effects from perceived benefits and to assist with assessing health-forward project concepts for credibility. This role also will contribute to the successful implementation of Nestl s global nutrition strategy and tools in the U.S. market.This position is hybrid based in Arlington VA or Solon OH.Summary of Key Responsibilities:Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Strategy execution: Ensure that the commitment to Nestl s nutrition strategy and tools is understood, embedded, and activated across assigned categories and brands.Product development: Participate actively in I&R projects and advise cross-functional teams on nutritional requirements, claims, and other communications.Metrics & measurement: Manage a complex claims dataset, analyze portfolio trends, and help translate findings into compelling messaging to drive growth through NHW.Horizon scanning: Identify portfolio gaps and opportunities based on consumer trends, competitive landscape, nutritional science, public health and regulatory environments.Communications support: Contribute to the development of a wide range of NHW communications, e.g., presentations, position statements, and survey responses.Collaboration: Help foster a culture of teamwork and achievement on NHW activities and serve as a single point of contact to channel nutrition-related requests.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor s degree is requiredMust be a registered dietitianAt least 3 years of related work experienceStrong research, analytical and communication skillsProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint applicationsPrior experience in CPG or food industry preferredReq 303034It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.To our veterans and separated service members, you're at the forefront of our minds as we recruit top talent to join Nestl .
