Job description
On-Site Managers shall maintain various types of records and reports in physical and digital format, including but not limited to property records and homeowner records. Responsible for the implementation and supervision of Association and Management policies, and the facilitation of communication and interpersonal relations among unit owners/residents by various means. Supervise general maintenance repairs, maintenance techs, and site staff. Basic maintenance skills and experience are preferred. Including, but not limited to the knowledge and ability to do the following: Basic carpentry repairs Basic gardening and lawn maintenance Basic drainage repairs Painting Drywall and painting repairs as needed Basic vehicle maintenance preferred Gutter cleaning Basic understanding of roofing Basic pest control The On-Site Manager is responsible for contract compliance & contractor oversight; drafting of contract specifications; aiding/assisting in the interview process for bid reviews.
