* 3-7 years of experience as an estate planning/probate associate (with some corporate/business law experience as well)
* They will consider 1st and 2nd year associates with great experience who are ready to hit the ground running
* Excellent drafting experience
* Licensed to practice in Ohio
* Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
