Role and Responsibilities

• Clinical/Administrative Duties: 25% clinical and 75% administrative.
• Flexible Clinical Schedule: Pick up 3-4 clinical shifts per month.
• *Team Leadership: *Lead a team of 16 providers.
• Clinical Counsel: Provide advice to the CMO on clinical matters in your specialty.
• Collaboration: Work with Department Chairs and other Medical Staff leaders to support and develop clinical services.
• *Schedule Oversight: *Maintain oversight of schedules to ensure continuous clinical coverage.
• Compliance: Ensure the clinical service meets or exceeds State or Federal requirements and complies with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Strategic Alignment: Align clinical practice with hospital goals and strategies.
• Recruitment and Retention: Assist in the recruitment and retention of physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
• Patient Care Improvement: Partner with other departments and clinical services to enhance patient care.

Requirements* Minimum of two years of leadership experience.
