Position Overview:

The role of the Botox/Cosmetic Filler Injector is pivotal in our mission to deliver top-tier cosmetic services. This position requires a professional who is adept in a range of aesthetic procedures and committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Masterful administration of a diverse range of injectables, including Botox, Xeomin, Bellafill, Kybella, Dysport, Restylane, Radiesse, Juvederm, and Voluma.
• Providing in-depth patient consultations to create tailored treatment plans.
• Effectively managing patient expectations to ensure satisfaction with treatment outcomes.
• Collaborating closely with our team to ensure smooth and efficient patient appointments.
• Maintaining and managing the inventory of injectables, including timely restocking.
• Strict adherence to all HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Demonstrating outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Representing Georgetown Allure Medical Spa at special events as required.
• Showcasing excellent time management, organizational skills, and consistent follow-ups.
• Meeting or surpassing monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• An active DC license as a Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner with formal certification as an injector.
• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in aesthetic injections.
• Exceptional customer service skills, complemented by a flair for sales and marketing.

• Candidates are required to submit a comprehensive client portfolio showcasing their work. This portfolio should include detailed before and after photos and client reviews to validate their experience and expertise in aesthetic injections.
