Responsibilities of the welding manager include:
Oversee, mentor, and train welding team on Mig, Tig and Resistance welding.
Work alongside senior leadership to run production facility and welding department.
Be a leader and be comfortable running a team with little to no supervision.
Ensure safety for all welding operations.

Requirements for the Production Supervisor include:
Minimum of 10+ years of welding experience
Excellent in Mig, Tig and Resistance welding.
Ability to run welding operations with no supervision
Prior leadership experience is a plus
