Job description
Supports definition of future state product strategy and roadmap across all aspects of resiliency tooling including ERMA (enterprise resiliency management and analytics), operational reporting, and replacement of data extracts. Partner with UX Researchers and UI Designers to update and define user segments, user journeys, and user consumption channels. Plan and facilitate requirement discovery with a focus on data, reporting, and analytics.. This includes defining the topics, creating a schedule that supports delivery timelines, preparing materials, leading discussion, and planning execution of outputs. Hands on approach to delivery when needed to complete user stories and to troubleshoot design and delivery problems. Partner with product operations in execution of UAT and inclusion of defects into releases.
