- Active TS/ SCI with Polygraph Clearance Required - - - Under general supervision, this position monitors un-cleared personnel who come to work on facilities and building equipment, structures, systems and hardware. This role also performs technical and general maintenance work on a variety of facilities and building equipment, systems, structures, and hardware, including air handlers, domestic water, chilled water, hot water, steam, humidification, building exhaust, compressed air, controls, lighting, electrical, security systems, fire systems, etc. Principal Job Duties: - Monitor and escort uncleared persons at the facility whether the work is inside or outside the building. - If/when multiple maintenance activities requiring multiple monitors in the building this position will serve as Building Monitor Lead. - Provide verbal and written reports regarding pertinent safety, security, facility, or personnel issues/incidents. - Maintain visual contact and proper line of sight with uncl...General Maintenance, Security, Support, Monitor, Maintenance, Technology, Construction
