The Technical Writer prepares and edits telecommunications documentation, incorporating information provided by the client, specialists, analysts, engineers, and operations personnel. Documentation emphasizes telecommunications and data systems and associated terminology. Duties include the writing, editing, and graphic presentation of technical information for both technical and non-technical personnel. The Technical Writer interprets technical documentation standards and prepares documentation according to defined standards. In addition, they will determine the suitability of material for the target audience. This position communicates with all levels of technical and management personnel.
