Job description

Malace|HR is seeking a Property Manager. The Property Manager will focus on taking ownership of the tenants'/customers' overall experience. The Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the physical environments of the properties, as well as optimizing their financial performance and to position these properties as top performers in the competitive market.

Maryland Portfolio: Responsibilities: Will be responsible for the property management work in Silver Springs MD and West Grove PA-maybe Responsibilities: property management work on contracts, tenant relations, budgets, financial reporting, service response, fire and life safety compliance, emergency response 24/7 and oversite of project work. work with be performed under the supervision of the MD property manager and Regional Manager. Ideal location for applicant is Nottingham Township, PA as position will be based in Silver Springs MD and will travel to West Grove PA every two weeks. Salary: $65,000 with benefits.

Experience in medical management, hospital services, medical practices is preferred.

  • Commercial Office or Medical Office management experience strongly preferred.
  • Oversee/manage maintenance staff in the property portfolio.
  • Work with accounting on property-based issues.
  • Monthly financial reporting and property reporting to Owner/Asset Managers.
  • Be prepared to make decisions and provide direction regarding work and initiatives following Owner and SK standards. For example, contract bids, project bids, responding to tenant requests, emergency response, daily staff questions etc)
  • Best in class ethical vendor relationships and oversight.
  • Project oversight
  • Meetings: Weekly portfolio, private meetings with MD property manager and Regional Manager, daily huddle meetings for new staff or staff needing improvement, full team meetings every other Tuesday with an emphasis on policy and procedure training and company news.
  • Performance reviews and staff goals
  • Property take over/start up for new properties
  • 24/7/365 on call
  • Approve payroll and expenses.
  • Budget planning and oversight, monthly financial report oversight and actually doing the work and presenting to Owner if a property manager is off.
