Blue Ridge Industries, Custom Injection Molders, is seeking a Tool Repair Technician to join their team in the Winchester, VA area.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience maintaining and servicing Plastic Injection Molds
- Experience modifying current molds to match client specifications
- Experience custom fabricating parts

- Inspect, complete paperwork, and enter information needed into the ERP system for incoming molds.
- Prepare molds and enter information needed into the ERP system for outgoing shipments.
- Perform routine preventive and/or corrective maintenance on all molds as per schedule.
- Be able to evaluate the condition of molds, identify repairs, and enter relevant information into the ERP system.
- Fabricate replacement parts for molds.
- Be able to assist with setting molds in presses to initiate production or assist with molding processes if needed.
- Keep mold racks clean and organized, as well as help maintain stock levels of spare parts inventory.
- Complete daily inspections of mold shop equipment.
- Change date codes and/or inserts in molds as required.
- Perform other duties as needed.
