Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience maintaining and servicing Plastic Injection Molds
  • Experience modifying current molds to match client specifications
  • Experience custom fabricating parts

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, complete paperwork, and enter information needed into the ERP system for incoming molds.
  • Prepare molds and enter information needed into the ERP system for outgoing shipments.
  • Perform routine preventive and/or corrective maintenance on all molds as per schedule.
  • Be able to evaluate the condition of molds, identify repairs, and enter relevant information into the ERP system.
  • Fabricate replacement parts for molds.
  • Be able to assist with setting molds in presses to initiate production or assist with molding processes if needed.
  • Keep mold racks clean and organized, as well as help maintain stock levels of spare parts inventory.
  • Complete daily inspections of mold shop equipment.
  • Change date codes and/or inserts in molds as required.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
