Currently seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant for a large healthcare company in Washington DC.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for the patients when they walk into the office.
• Verify why they are there, collect their personal information, verify insurance, and provide them the customer service they need before seeing their doctor
• Enter all this information into their system, which is IDX and Invision
