Lead Software Engineer will play a critical leadership role in supporting the future growth and execution of CACIs Tactical SIGINT business. Responsible for defining system architecture standards; oversight of system / HW / SW architecture design, documentation, and evolution. This candidate must have excellent written and oral communications skills and must be able to effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. They should have strong collaboration skills, be able to manage multiple, potentially conflicting, assignments, while ensuring accuracy, adherence to documentation standards, and timely delivery of all work products.
