Job description
EMCOR Facilities Services has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician to work in (3) locations to include estimated (20%) Bethesda & (75%) Rockville, MD and (5%) Arlington,VA (Mon - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm flexible). The Technician will be informed with as much notice in advance as to which location support is required and report to the EMCOR facility manager and support him/her to provide quality workmanship and high work standards to maintain a professional working environment. Primary responsibilities of this position are to work directly with the EMCOR team members and/or client to support them in the daily operations and needs of the facility. Must have computer skills to manage and utilize the facility building automation systems and communicate with the client effectively via phone and email.
