Full time Position at Riverside Methodist Hospital 10:30 p-7 a Sun-Thurs. This position begins the Revenue Cycle process by collecting accurate demographic and financial information to produce a clean claim necessary to receive timely reimbursement. In addition, this position provides exceptional customer service during encounters with patients, families, visitors and Ohio Health Physicians and Associates. Minimum Qualifications:High School or GED (Required)Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills, basic computer skills.
