Responsibilities:

Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand system requirements and design comprehensive test plans for our manufacturing and fulfillment systems which power our manufacturing and warehouse processes.
  • Perform thorough testing on software components developed primarily in C#, Vue, and TypeScript.
  • Execute manual tests and help us grow a strong automated test suite to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of manufacturing systems.
  • Identify and report defects with clear steps for reproduction and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Documentation:
  • Document test cases, test results, and defects to provide comprehensive and organized information for the development team.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of QA documentation and processes.

Collaboration:
  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure a high-quality deliverable.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum of 3 years of related work experience

OR
  • Associates Degree and minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Some experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with basic SQL Queries and Joins.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience in manufacturing and warehousing systems
  • Prior experience with PostMan
  • Prior experience with Soap UI,
  • Prior experience with Groovy/Java and CSS selectors to aid in automation
  • Prior experience with Google Sheets
