Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Senior Mobile Developer/Tech Lead who will be a key member of our Mobile Engineering team. The ideal candidate needs to be willing to work in eastern timezone. The mobile apps you will help develop are a critical for the client. The ideal candidate must be have a desire to learn/work with Flutter moving forward as well.Pay Rate Range: 65-80/hr depending on experience- Participate in the design and development of mobile apps (iOS and Flutter), and backend services to support various business and engineering initiatives- Work with Product and Engineering Managers to groom product and tech backlog- Collaborate with engineers on your team on feature development and bug fixes- Promote engineering best practices within your team to ensure quality, stability, performance, resiliency, and maintainability of your software- Be a champion of the customer's voice and ensure our products are built with customer empathy at the forefrontWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
