We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and passionate Business Analyst to join our team. As a core member of the FHS team, you will play a valuable part in supporting and executing various projects to optimize our organization. A successful candidate will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:
Maintain and update the division's Prism site bi-weekly, including personnel spotlights, work anniversaries, volunteer highlights, Kudos Corner, and holiday messages.
Collaborate with Leidos Corporate Communications to create marketing materials and "slick sheets" for program and division initiatives.
Maintain the FHS Division SharePoint site as a centralized repository for critical resources, meeting slides, and essential documents.
Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for division-level deliverables to ensure clarity, consistency and repeatability.
Work with key staff to develop and compile Monthly Operating Review (MOR) slide decks and bi-weekly meeting presentations.
Collaborate with the Division Manager to streamline processes, establish communication platforms, and enhance team cohesion.
Implement and manage the 5-15 process for project managers, tracking updates, reviewing submissions, and ensuring timely delivery to the Division Manager.
Develop and maintain a Service Anniversary SOP to standardize employee milestone recognition.
Foster employee morale by creating Kudoboards for events such as work anniversaries and retirements, and regularly update the Prism site with engaging content.
They will own diverse processes, proactively boost team morale, and seek innovative enhancements.
  • Their integrity, agility, and commitment to inclusion will ensure actions do not fall through the cracks and that all team members feel valued and recognized.
Candidate will perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support the overall success and efficiency of the FHS Division.
Provide research and analysis of business opportunities supporting Federal health solutions, investigate existing contracts, vehicles and teaming partners.

What you bring:
BS and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Strong proficiency with SharePoint and experience managing internal communication platforms.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation and SOPs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
US Citizenship or US Person (Green Card Holder) is required and must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.

Preferred requirements:
Master's degree preferred
Experience working in public health and federal contracting.

Pay Range: Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
