The Freelance Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales.

What you will do:

• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure ongoing collaboration and engagement.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts.
• Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and drive continuous optimization.
• Work with top affiliate marketing platforms like Impact, CJ and Awin.

• 3+ years of experience leading partnership/affiliate marketing programs
• Passionate about developing and growing affiliate partnerships.
• Proficiency in utilizing portals for affiliate network management and knowledge of managed networks.
• Data-driven mindset and experience in optimizing and scaling partnerships and/or performance campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
