ROLEWe are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to support the Department of Justice (DOJ), Executive Office of the United States Attorneys (EOUSA).

The role involves directing the work of Records Examiner/Analyst and Data Analyst contractor personnel, providing clerical, administrative, and analytical support to the Financial Litigation Programs (FLPs) nationwide. You will be responsible for supervisory duties, policy development, administrative management, and providing operational support to the 94 United States Attorneys' Offices (USAOs). Your scope of work focuses on financial litigation guidance, enforcement of criminal debt, and ensuring the effective execution of EOUSA's mission.

RESPONSIBILITIESI. Supervision & Management:

Direct, supervise, and review the work of Records Examiner/Analyst and Data Analyst contractor personnelManage the progress of contractor personnel to ensure efficiency and compliance with requirementsDevelop tracking and management systems for task completion, using pre-determined management reportsII. Data Management & Analysis:

Create new data records, compile case information, post/reconcile failed paymentsMonitor payment plans and generate form lettersResearch using data searches, data verification, retrieval from existing databases, and case-related informationConduct trend analyses to find documentation errors to avoid delays in debt management and payment postingRetrieve and analyze data from multiple sourcesEnsure accuracy with attention to detail and quality controlIII. Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate with FLPs nationwide, the Office of Legal Programs, and other EOUSA offices as neededWork with Office of Legal Programs management, Government officials, and delinquent judgment debtorsIV. Technical & Administrative Support:

Troubleshoot and perform quality control spot-checks to formulate administrative and technical proceduresOperate office equipment, including computers, photocopiers, telephones, and scannersEdit, reformat, and generate documents using MS Word and other softwareV. Independent Work & Miscellaneous:

Perform other related duties as assignedWork independently with minimal supervisionDeliver high-quality work under pressure and meet deadlines

BACKGROUND

Knowledge of legal procedures, case terminology, legal research, and online information sourcesExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and various databases and online search enginesTwo years as a Records Examiner AnalystSupervisory experience preferred

Specific vision abilities required by this job include the use of computer monitor screens up to 100% of the time.
