Job description
Performs hands-on data research on bibliographic and system log data; generates specifications for development teams; investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves data quality issues. Works with member libraries and providers/vendors to ingest new data or solve member quality issues. Develops dynamic, scalable, and effective dashboards including related KPIs/ metrics for visual analysis. Analyzes existing dashboards and creates new dashboards using performance tuning,Works with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and can lead their implementation. Creates input for data science and machine learning projects. Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership. Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:Master's degree in computer science, math, statistics, or related field with seven years of appropriate experience; OR, ten years experience with data analysis or creation of library data.
