Job Description:

Phaxis, a leading travel healthcare staffing company, is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in the vibrant city of Wilmington, DE. This role involves working a 5x8's schedule (five 8-hour shifts per week) in a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Help patients improve their mobility, strength, and physical function
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to established protocols and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Certification: Must be a licensed Physical Therapist
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Independence: Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively
• Licensing: Must be licensed to practice in the state of Delaware
• Skills: Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
