Job Description

Sitting at the front desk when the patient walks in, checking them in and out.

Patient registration, scheduling follow up appointments, check in, check out.

General customer service to all patients for anything they may need.

Answering all phone calls as they come in, answering questions.

Documenting Doctor's notes on the patient files in the EMR system they use.

Multi-Tasking with a doctor needing things from them, the patients being in front of them, and the phones ringing.

Will be on the phones 33% of the time, on the computer 33% of the time, and helping patients 33% of the time.

Candidates will be working with a few Docs and clinical staff, but there is only two of them in a PSS role. Reliability is huge. Metro at Ballston, and free parking.

Monday- 9:30-6PM

Tuesday- 7-3:30PM

Wednesday- 9:30-6PM

Thursday- 7-3:30PM

Friday- 7-3:30pm

Schedule: Fairfax Drive, Arlington, Virginia, 22201

Monday- 7am to 3:30pm

Tuesday- 11am to 7:30pm

Wednesday- 7am to 3:30pm

Thursday- 11am to 7:30pm

Friday- 7am to 3:30pm

Parking is free, and they could metro into Ballston and get there.
