Summary

Are you a passionate CRM and Marketing Automation expert with a knack for building seamless integrations? Do you thrive in optimizing systems to empower both sales and marketing teams? If so, we want you on our team!

We seek a highly skilled HubSpot and Salesforce Administrator to join our growing company. You'll play a pivotal role in configuring and maintaining both platforms, ensuring data integrity, and fostering collaboration between sales and marketing efforts.

*This US-based hybrid position will require being in our Bethesda, MD office one to three times per week.

Responsibilities

+ HubSpot system configuration, including custom properties, workflows, and automation.

+ Champion data integrity by establishing best practices for data hygiene, segmentation, and governance.

+ Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand their needs and translate them into actionable system configurations.

+ Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) within HubSpot to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience for marketers and salespeople.

+ Create insightful reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing managers to measure performance and drive growth.

+ Manage Salesforce user permissions and access controls to maintain data security and compliance.

+ Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities (Salesforce Administrator certification and Sales Cloud certification desired).

+ Design and implement workflows, automation rules, and approval processes to streamline the sales pipeline.

+ Build and maintain custom fields, objects, and page layouts to optimize Salesforce for your specific sales process.

+ Integrate HubSpot with Salesforce CRM to architect a seamless flow of data and enhance user experience for both marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

+ 3+ years of experience administering both HubSpot and Salesforce platforms.

+ Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.

+ Experience building and optimizing marketing automation workflows.

+ Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points

+ Experience with integrations for extending Hubspot and Salesforce functionalities.

+ Knowledge of marketing attribution models and experience setting them up on both platforms.

+ Experience with Domo or other BI tools.

+ Salesforce Administrator Certification (desired).

+ Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification (desired).
