  • Candidate needs to have at least 3-5 years of experience in handling incidents / requests over calls from US callers.
  • Must have experience in performing L1 tasks in Active Directory such as Account unlock, Password resets, creating accounts, Distributions lists and security groups.
  • Experience in installing Applications.
  • knowledge on service desk functions
  • Good customer service mindset and customer handling skills
  • Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
