*Primary Job Responsibilities*

* lead complex initiatives for organizational improvement frameworks in assigned discipline/program *(i.e., Azure, .NET Framework)*
* work with IT staff, CIO and IT Managers to design solutions that meet the agency's requirements
* work as the expert in project management methodologies and risk identification and mitigation
* provide architecture whitepapers and design documents for updates to application project initiatives and lead the application architective reviews
* provide focused research for assigned IT discipline/program team

*Candidate Qualifications*

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
* Experience with Azure Environment (Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, Network Security groups, App Service Environments, SQL Databases)
* Experience with .NET framework and C# development
* Experience with Azure Logic Apps
* Experience designing and implementing an infrastructure strategy
* Experience designing a business continuity/disaster recovery strategy
* Experience designing and implementing an identity and security strategy
* Experience implementing authentication and securing data
* Experience with Azure DevOps (GIT/Pipelines/Azure Repos, Tasks and Templates)
