Position - Commercial HVAC Account Manager/Estimator

They're hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Account Manager/Estimator to help continue our rapid growth. It is a producing role with a Salary plus uncapped Commission. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities for Commercial HVAC Account Manager/Estimator

• Source relationships and job opportunities
• Existing General Contractor relationships are critical
• Develop and maintain effective relationship with key accounts
• Increase sales volume for company's services
• Prepare accurate and on-time bids and proposals according to customers' bid specifications.
• Possess thorough knowledge of prints, project specifications, workflow, lead times, and contract documents
• Call customers to create new business relationships and see how current customers can be further served.
• Provide accurate sales and prospecting tracking/reporting
• Operate as a valuable and quality partner to internal teams and support functions

Qualifications for Account Manager/Estimator

• 10+ years of experience working as Sales/Estimating/Project Management preferred within the Commercial HVAC industry
• Existing revenue producing General Contractor relationships and contacts
• Deep knowledge of how General Contractor processes work
• Resources for securing pricing from outside vendors and suppliers, including scope, terms, and conditions.
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings, along with a general understanding of the HVAC construction process.
• Track record of sales production
• Understanding of the benefits General Contractors are looking for in their sub-contractors
