The GW Athletics Ticket Representative is responsible for providing amazing service to patronsattending GW events. Responsibilities include: - Greet and welcome patrons as they enter the venue and sell tickets using Ticketmaster platform (TM 1 Sales). - Assist patrons who have issues with their tickets. - Answer questions and provide information in regards to ticket prices, seating, parking, and other generalinformation. - Assist with ticket scanning as patrons enter the venue. - Answer guest questions and provide a high level of customer service. - Maintain a positive, professional manner to other staff and patrons. Minimum Qualifications: Additional Required Licenses/ Certifications/ Posting Specific Minimum Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Positive, friendly attitude.
