Our team provides support for a campus-wide network, on-premise servers, on-premise storage, cloud compute and cloud storage. Our customer is in the process of migrating much of the infrastructure to the cloud with the largest utilization of Microsoft Azure. We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with the technical expertise to design, build, operate, maintain and support cloud infrastructure. The Cloud Engineer will be 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH in Arlington, VA with the ability to telework two day per week.Design and implement secure IaaS and PaaS cloud environments for development and operations including compute, storage, and networkOperate and maintain the cloud environments balancing performance, availability and costOperate primarily within Microsoft Azure environment though there may be some support of AWS resources and occasionally on-prem infrastructureRequirementsEducation:Bachelor s Degree in relevant field or five additional (5) years of experienceRequired/Desired Knowledge/Experience:Must have a minimum of two years professional experience in relevant fieldMust have a minimum of one year experience working with Microsoft AzureDesired Azure Fundamentals certification or better Azure Administrator AssociateEngineering experience with cloud compute, storage and networkWorking knowledge of government cybersecurity requirementsGood communication skills to work with end-user customers and within a teamRequired Clearance:Active Secret CityArlingtonStateVirginiaEEO StatementASRC Federal and its Subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employers.
