This person will oversee and manage construction projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time & within budget.

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. *Description*
* Manage all phases of project management from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site staff.
* Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
* Facilitate communication between project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
* Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
*Profile*
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
* Proven experience in healthcare construction projects or strong MEP experience is a significant advantage.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* PMP certification is a plus
