Assistant Contractor Program Security Officer

Key Role:

Manage classified government contract programs and oversight the day-to-day operations of a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) or Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Provide support in clearance processing, including personnel security, or visit certifications, document control, and physical security, including alarm response for controlled areas, opening and closing of the security facility, and support industrial security efforts as needed. Conduct highly sensitive security briefings. Coordinate, create, and support the facilitation of all security education programs. Act as a team player, make sound decisions, take independent action, and provide focused security solutions for clients while communicating information effectively through verbal and written information. Interact with internal and external clients or government security officials to perform security duties, address routine personnel security matters with employees regarding issues, prepare reports such as infractions and violation reports, perform program security access briefings, and conduct other duties, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience as an ACPSO, CPSO, or Site Security Representative administering security programs

* Experience with SCI or SAP programs

* Experience with DISS and JADE

* Knowledge of eQIP, ICD 704 and ICD 705, NISPOM Rule, and DoD security requirements

* Ability to work onsite on all work weekdays

* TS/SCI clearance

* Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

* Knowledge of the government-classified contracting process

* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Security Fundamentals Professional Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
