Principal Accountabilities

* Operation on equipment, including set up and tear down

* Maintain equipment and implement safety procedures

* Troubleshooting machinery

* Maintain accurate written entries in production logs

* Operate a Pallet Jack for neck chiller and giblet corner

* Manage the neck chiller by generating neck tanks from the necks that come down from tucking

* table, putting ice on them and making a label for each tank/bin

Required Qualifications

* Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

* Must be 18 years or older

* Ability to read/write/speak English

* Ability to meet medical requirements similar to those of obtaining a driver's license
