Minimum qualifications:

* Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 15 years of experience in risk intelligence, threat analysis, business intelligence/analysis, competitive/market intelligence/analysis, and crisis management.

* Experience managing and leading teams and projects in global teams, and experience with compliance and risk methodologies.

Preferred qualifications:

* Experience planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the activities of a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

* Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex, international environments, managing remote teams, and with global operations in multiple countries/cultures.

* Experience implementing strategic change and initiatives, and bringing creative, nonstandard, and innovative solutions to the table.

* Ability to influence peers and senior leaders.

* Exceptional strategy and leadership skills to prioritize evolving initiatives, and translate ideas and capabilities into initiatives that exceed customer expectations.

* Excellent analytical and risk management skills to synthesize complex, diverse data, and balance operational and safety needs with Google's business and cultural goals.

Resilience, safety, and security are at the core of Google's campuses, offices, and diverse assets around the world. You're an intelligence expert who shares our seriousness about resilience, our commitment to confidentiality and who understands that intelligence is the key success factor to decision-making. You'll collaborate with Google's Executive Leadership team to create innovative risk mitigation strategies that will depend on how we interpret the risks in the world around us. As the Senior Director, GSRS Resilience and Risk Foresight (RRF), you will be responsible for the development and production of intelligence products that assess risks and threats to Google's people, assets, and operations that span more than 170,000 people across 500 sites. You will lead a global team in a fast-paced and oftentimes unclear operating environment with shifting priorities.

From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google's Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.

For US candidates: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $275,000-$396,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

* Lead the design, implementation, integration, and governance of Google's threat and risk intelligence applications.

* Utilize structured analytic techniques to correlate, evaluate, and disseminate tailored intelligence products to provide insight to Google's decision-makers across the world.

* Ensure that the use of intelligence applications enhances Google's decision making capabilities. Develop, implement, and optimize analytical processes and associated key performance indicators to improve how we measure the performance of risk intelligence products.

* Be a visionary leader who can drive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient intelligence capabilities. Be a trusted advisor in the most critical hours to the executive team and all Googlers.

* Partner with business team leaders to derive insights from risk intelligence data and translate those insights into actionable business operations plans. Support annual budgeting, strategic planning, and other business processes.
