AlphaBEST's students and families are essential to our continued success. You will play a pivotal role in educating families on available assistance with afterschool costs, and interacting daily with Third-Party Agencies, our program operations team, and qualified families to provide support in completing the required steps to receive funding.
We are looking for a detail-oriented person who can multitask while meeting strict deadlines.
Responsbilities:
Create, collect, maintain and track detailed electronic and paper records
Provide support to customers, field operations and government agencies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local agencies and company policies and procedures.
Recording, analyzing, summarizing and interpreting financial information
Coordinate the Financial Assistance Program
Manage equipment and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues
Qualifications:
Must be professional, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to adapt/respond to different situations.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word programs
Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple projects with similar deadlines.

- Full-time position, M-F, 8 am - 5 pm
- Pay starts at $18.00/hr.
