Responsibilities: Meet with buyers and sellers, determine their needs, and assist in the entire process of buying and selling homes Manage all aspects of the transaction process Apply lead follow-up systems to grow the sales pipeline Prospect for new leads to promote new business Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction Host team open houses monthly Manage work-flow, calendar, and time-block efficiently Participate in University Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings Qualifications: Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent Real Estate License also held in VA and/or MD preferred Full-time availability Technology-driven Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Organized and the ability to manage time effectively Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills Can-do attitude with problem-solving abilities Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
